Our mission

Sims 4 has one of the most active custom content communities in gaming. Thousands of creators publish new hair, clothing, accessories, and makeup every week on Patreon, Tumblr, and personal sites, and the official Sims 4 Gallery does almost nothing to help players discover it.

Sims4Mods indexes that firehose. Every item on the site comes from a public Patreon post or a creator's own page. We don't host any CC files, we just make it searchable. You click an item, you see what it looks like, you click through to the creator's page to download it directly.

Our job is the curation and the filtering, not the distribution. We tag every item with category, demographic (age, gender, body type), style, and creator so you can find what you actually want instead of scrolling a Patreon feed.

How we curate

Our scraper pulls public Patreon posts daily from over 100 creators. Each post becomes one or more individual item entries, each with a category, sub-category, demographic tags, style tags, and a link back to the original post.

Once an item is indexed, an AI reads the original post and rewrites the description in a Sims-fan voice, so the catalog reads like a friend telling you about it, not a press release. Hard specs like polycount or color swatches are only included when the creator states them, we never invent them.

Creators with the most engagement get ranked higher in lists, but every item is reachable through browse, search, or filtering. We don't take paid placements, and no creator pays to be on the site.

For creators

If you're a CC creator and your work is on the site, thank you. You can reach out via the Contacto page to request a takedown, correct a name or avatar, or update item details. We process takedowns within 48 hours.

If you want your work indexed and you aren't already on our radar, send us a link to your Patreon or main page. We'll add you to the scrape queue. We never charge creators, and we never pay creators, the relationship is just discoverability.
